Processing

Every TOLCO piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

United States

Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International

We ship to over 70 countries outside the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Free shipping over $75 applies to US orders only.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us through https://tolco.store/pages/contact.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping charge.
