Shipping

Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard US delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

We also ship to over 70 countries outside the US. International rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Free shipping over $75 applies to US orders only.

Returns

Every piece is made to order, so we do not offer refunds. What we do offer is a replacement within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To request a replacement, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Your replacement ships once we receive the original item back. If the piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you, return postage included.

Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for replacement.
