How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Allow 1–2 business days for processing.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. Contact us at the earliest opportunity and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only for now — more regions coming soon.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Every piece is made to order, so we do not offer refunds. We will replace an item within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Anything that arrives damaged or wrong we replace at no cost to you. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.

Sizing

How do your pieces fit?
All TOLCO garments are oversized by design. Check our Size Guide for measurements. When in doubt, size down.

What sizes do you carry?
S through 3XL. The range varies by style, so check the size options on the product itself.

Product

How should I care for my TOLCO pieces?
Cold wash, inside out, hang dry. This preserves the vintage wash and extends the life of the garment.
